In this role you will support apositive safety culture by directing the activities and staff within an aggregate environment that is regulated by MSHAsafety standards.
What you'll do:
oComply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulationsoPerform task assigned in a safe and efficient manneroLead team in manufacturing process to ensure quality and timely production.
Assists maintenance operators, equipment operator, assembly workers, and other process operators to complete assignmentsoComplete understanding of the job, company policies and processesoApply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex tasksoFamiliar with a broad variety of field's concepts, practices and proceduresoMay operate specialized equipment that requires advanced skillsoTrain, instruct and direct work activities of employeesoMay influence or impact others' tasks or decisionsoMonitor and adapt processes and scheduling to accomplish manufacturing goalsoFunction as a team leader by directing the work of othersoMay be required to fill-in so that production goals can be metoMust be hands onWhat you'll need:
oPrompt, regular and predictable attendanceoThe ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders and catwalks up to 60 feet as required and lift weights upto 60 pounds.
oThe ability to work in a varied outdoor environment (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)oHigh school diploma or GED equivalentoMinimum of 5 years of experience in the joboPrevious leadership experience preferredoIndependent judgment and resourcefulness or sense of leadership are requiredoAbility to solve and identifies complex problems using advanced technical knowledge and creativityoComputer savvyoMust be hands on Recommended Skills Creativity Leadership Maintenance Occupational Safety And Health Scheduling Manufacturing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
